Loaded with Carotenoid, vitamins and fiber, Carrot juice are great detoxifiers and energy givers. Include carrots in your diet in the form of juices, salads or vegetable dishes.
- Wash peel off and grate carrots,squeeze the juice.
- You can do it in juicer too, add salt,blackpepper powder andcardamom powder to it stir and serve.
