Method


  1. Roast the sooji well.
  2. Parboil peas, potatoes, beans,carrots, cauliflower.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds.
  4. Add urad dal and gram dal when mustard cracks.
  5. Add cashew pieces.
  6. Add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger pieces, red chilli powder and onions.
  7. Fry till onions are well cooked.
  8. Add all the parboiled vegetables, tamarind paste, water and bring to boil.
  9. Add salt and ghee.
  10. Add the sooji and mix well on medium heat till well cooked.
  11. Remove from fire when well done and add green coriander leaves.
