Mix the batter by hand or else batter will not mix properly with water. always keep the tava in high flame while preparing and pour oil first in the tava then pour the dosa from the boarders

Ingredients

1 1/4 small cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
3/4 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
salt to taste
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp grated carrot
4 to 5 french beans
1 small potato , finely chopped
1 small onion , finely chopped
1 green chilli , finely chopped
1 small tomato , finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp garam masala
chilli powder to sprinkle
oil to fry
Method


  1. Put all the vegetables in a vessel and mix it with hands properly then add beasn ,salt,rice flour,garam masala,red chilliand finally add water and prepare the batter not so thin and not so thick.
  2. Heat the tava and pour the batter not in the centre on the boarders of the tava.
  3. Then pour oil on it.let it fry properly then turn around the dosa and fry i
