Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  2. Make 4 balls from the dough.
  3. Make a small roti & roast in a small frying pan on a very slow flame.
  4. Add oil upon shifting the side of the roti until it becomes pinkish in colour.
  5. Serve hot with cold curd.
