This is a simple recipe inspired from our angoori basundi. Good for summers. And making it with mango pulp will make it a festive day for all at home. To make it more festive top it with soft white butter or fresh scoop of ice cream and nuts.

Ingredients
4 cups beaten curds (dahi)
10 small rasgulla , squeezed
4 tbsp milk masala powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar
water as required

To Garnish
2 tbsp blanched and pistachio slivers
4 tbsp cream
Method
    Method
  1. Add milk masala and sugar to beaten curd and mix well.
  2. Adjust the consistency with water.
  3. Add rasgullas to it and keep it soaked for some time.
  4. Serve it in individual servings garnished with fresh white butter and pista slices.
