After boiling the vegetables
throw the excess water from the vegetable to make the vegetable tasty. this is also called bhuji
- Firstof all cut the radish and potatoes in to small cubes and also cut the leaves of radish .
- Now wash the vegetables in clean water thorowly now put the vegetables in pressure cooker and boiled for 5min with very little water(1tablespoon water and salt)
- Cool down the vegetables now make a tarka take a pan put some mustard oil warm it till fumes
