Method


  1. Keep the red pumpkin in a microve bowl and microwave for 3-4 minutes covered.
  2. Mash the cooked red pumpkin well. let it cool.
  3. After it cools add yoghrt, salt, chilli powder, cut onionsand tomato and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves and urid dal. when it turns slightly brown add to the yoghrt-pumpkin mixture
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
