Ingredients
2 cups thick beaten rice , washed and soaked for 30 minutes
2 to 3 rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 onion , finely chopped
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
3 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
oil for deep-frying
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the rice flakes, onion, ginger paste, green chillies , cumin seeds and coriander in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the rice flour and mix well to make a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a wada.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each wada till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
