relish the tempting and highly presentable Pan roasted cherry tomatoes as side dish or topping for breads. The cherry tomatoes are roasted on a pan with peppers, garlic, cloves and dried oregano.
- Heat the oil in a 4 heavy salute pan, add the garlic and the chopped peppers, let cook for 3 minutes. add the tomatoes and let cook over high heat for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
