Okharpindi recipe - How to make Okharpindi

Ingredients

wheat flour(motta atta) 1 cup
1 big onion,finely chopped
2 green chillies
2 cup butter milk
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 t sppon rai
8 to 10 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tspoon red chilli
1tspoon corriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tspoon sugar
salt accor to taste

Method


  1. First of all heat ghee and put atta in the ghee and roast it at low flame untill it turns brown (in the same way as we do for halwa)and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat the oil and once it get heated ,put rai and curry leaves in it.then put chopped onion and green chillies.fry onions till they turn brown.then add all dry masalas and atta to this.after that pour butter milk(chach)in this mixture and stir it continiously till it gains same consistency.there should be no lumps.cook it for 5-10 mins .then spr
