Mixed Vegetables Soup recipe - How to make Mixed Vegetables Soup

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 4 to 5 servings

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 medium carrot , chopped
1 medium potato , chopped
20 to 25 french beans , cut 1" slices
1 cup green peas
3/4 cup corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup brown or white cooked rice (chawal) or any uncooked pasta
salt to taste
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika) (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
28 oz. crushed or puree tomatoes can
8 cups water
Method
    Method
  1. Pressure cook all the above ingredient after first whistle for 20 minutes.
  2. Open pressure cooker, after sometime ( give little time for pressure cooker to cool down).
  3. If soup seems to be little thick , add some hot water and enjoy
