Methichi Pachadi is a delectable pachadi or chutney recipe with chopped methi leaves ground with garlic, tomatoes and crushed groundnuts. Enjoy as side dish with dal chaawal.

Method


  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add 2 cum of finely chopped methi, onion, tomato.
  3. Also add groundnut crush, salt, sugar.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. In a small pan add 1 teaspoon of oil, add jira, mohari.
  7. Now add haldi and red chilli power as desired.
  8. Put all this on the mixture of methi.
  9. After it gets cool mix it well.
  10. Serve it.
