  2. Add the jaggery and mix well, add milk and mix well using a whisk.
  3. Cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Switch off the flame, add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Serve ragi sheera immediately.

sheera with a health touch...nice thinking...i tried it and it tasted fab..but need to be enjoyed hot.
