Ingredients

250 gms bitter gourd (karela)
3 tbsp salt
6 tbsp oil
Method


  1. Remove skin of karela and cut into small thin rings.
  2. Apply salt and leave it for half an hour. - this will remove bitterness.
  3. Wash with water and press this soaked rings with both the hands to remove excess water and salt.
  4. Deep fry them like banana - potato chips and serve with lunch and dinner get chrunchy chips.
  5. Good for diabetic patients. children also like this chips very much. with variety of intake of sweet dishes little bitter intake maintains health. overall good for everyone in this season.
