Gulab jamun is a traditional Indian sweet delicacy which are basically khoya and flour based balls dipped in Sweet Syrup
- Mix the milk powder, b.q mix, whip cream, cardemom & saffron in a bowl & set for 1 hour.
- Heat 2 cups of suger, one capfull of lemonjuice, 2 cups of water, saffron & cardemom in a pan, to make thick syrup.
- Make spherical jamuns with the dough & deep fry them in oil or ghee till golden brown.
- Put the fried balls (gulab jamuns) in the syrup & let them soak till ready to searve.
