Here is the recipe to create the crispy fried garlic flavoured Garlic sev. The crunchy sev has a delectable garlic flavour and is best enjoyed as snack with onion, tomatoes and chillies tossed over the garlic sev.

Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients well, add enough water and bind to a mooth dough.
  2. Knead well.
  3. Put a handful of the dough into the sev mould fitted with the medium size and press out sev dirctly into the hot oil in the kadai.
  4. Fry on both side crisp.
  5. Store in an airtight container
