A healthy low calorie raitha recipe made with a combination of sweet carrots and curds.
Method- Combine the carrots, green chillis, salt, sugar and coconut in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the coriander and lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil for the tempering and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- When the seeds crackle, add this to the carrots and mix well.
- Serve.
