Ingredients
3 tsp chopped pineapple
3 tsp chopped apples
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
6 bread slices
salt to taste
oil to fry
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the chopped fruits, cheese and a pinch of salt in a bowl, toss and keep aside.
  2. Cut the bread corners, take water in a plate and dip the bread slice in it and press well.
  3. Now fill this filling in the center of the ball and roll them to give the shape of pakodas.
  4. Complete the filling with all 6 bread slices.
  5. Keep them in refrigerator to get set with the shapes.
  6. Heat the oil and fry them in a shallow frying pan.
  7. Cut in 2 pieces and let the heat to escape just before the serving.
  8. Sprinkle a little oregano to give it a perfect Italian taste.
