Stuffed with finely chopped methi or fenugreek leaves and spices, methi paratha simply melts in your mouth. Methi paratha is a nice way of sneaking vegetables like methi leaves by stuffing it in rotis or paranthas. Serve the healthy methi paranthas with white butter or curd.
Method- Combine all the ingredients along with 3/4 cup of water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions band roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or tea.
