Method


  1. Wash and drain poha or beaten rice and keep aside.
  2. Add yoghurt and salt to pohe and mix well.
  3. Begin seasoning by heating oil in a kadhai and add oil.
  4. when its warm add mustard ,let it splitter.
  5. Add urad dal ,fry till brown
  6. Add green chillies and curry leaves and fry .
  7. Pour the seasoning on the poha/yoghurt and mix nicely.
  8. See that the poha is not dry ow add some more yoghurt.
  9. Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander and refrigerate or serve immediately.
