A nutritious salad of purple cabbage, coconut, onions and green chillies garnished with corriander leaves, curry leaves and hing.
- In a salad bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the salad.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the ingredients for the tadka (curry leaves & hing in the last), when it splutters, add it to the salad.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve fresh or chilled.
