Method
    Method
  1. Blanch the mushrooms in salted water, drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, fenugreek leaves and onions and saute till the onions turn golden brown in colour.
  4. Add the tomato puree, mix well and saute till the oil leaves the sides.
  5. Add all the masalas and mix well.
  6. Add the nuts, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the cream gradually and mix well.
  8. Add the mushrooms and mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot garnished with nuts and cream.
