Ingredients

For Corn and Green Peas Sabzi
1 1/4 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup boiled green peas
1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste

To Be Ground Into A Smooth Paste (using 1/4 Cup Water)
5 garlic (lehsun) cloves
1 cup roughly chopped onions
7 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 small stick cinnamon (dalchini)
2 cloves (laung / lavang)
Method

    For corn and green peas sabzi
  1. To make corn and green peas sabzi, blend the tomatoes in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the prepared paste and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato pulp and sauté on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the green peas, sweet corn and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve the corn and green peas sabzi hot.
