Colorful Rice Crispies in Cheesy Dip

Dip could be your choice too. It can be of green dip of mint and coriander or avacado and tomato dip or simple ketchup. A great starter for party.
For white crispies- Mix all Ingredients in a bowl except hot oil .
- When nicely mixed add hot oil and mix .
- The batter should be bit hard so that it can shaped in ball in palms.
- You may need more flour if batter is loose or may need more water to make sure batter is perfect.
- Make equal sized small balls in between palms and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden in color.

- Make equal sized small balls in between palms and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden in color.
For cheesy dip- Heat butter in thick bottom pan when melted add milk and mix well.
- When nicely mixed add grated cheese and mix nicely making sure all the cheese has melted well. Add finely grounded black pepper powder and mixed herbs.
- Garnish the dip with mint leaf.
How to proceed- Arrange three crispies of different color on a toothpick in any order and great staters are ready for the party.
- Serve them with variety of dips of your choice like cheese dip,mint dip or simple ketchup.
