Enjoy the coconut flavoured sweet Coconut cookies with any beverage of your choice or as a base for any pudding recipe. The coconut cookies have the rich flavours of coconut embedded in the crunchiness of the cookies.
- Sieve flour, soda and baking powder.
- Cream the butter and sugar very well. now add flour and desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and make into a soft dough with milk/water.
- Roll the dough into a square butter paper and chill it till hard. (do not freeze).
- Bake at 175° c till done.
