A healthful bowl of clear health soup for dieters and health consiuos people. A clear soup recipe with spring onions, carrots, lettuce, coriander, mushroom and soya sauce. The mixed vegetable soup or broth is best served hot with a sprig of mint leaves as garnishing and toasted wheat bread as accompaniment.
- In a vessel heat oil.
- Put spring onion, saute for one minute.
- Then put carrot, cauliflower, mushroom,and ajinomoto.
- Saute on high flame.
- After a while put lettuce leaves, and spinach leaves, salt, soya sauce and then add boiled water.
- Boil for 5 to 7 minutes. serve hot.
