Ingredients

1 apple
1 banana
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup raisins (kismis)
1/4 cup roasted and chopped nuts
1 red and firm tomato
1 boiled and chopped potato
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
fresh pomogranate seeds (anardana)
1 chopped carrot
few basil leaves
few coriander (dhania) leaves
sev for dressing and mixing
some sweet curds (dahi)
salt to taste
chaat masala

Method

Boil the potato and cool,then cut it into small peices,then take a large bowl and put in the cut potatoes,apple,carrot,onions,seedless small grapes, raisins,nuts,tomatoes,fresh pomegranet seeds,2basil leaves[crushed]and few coriander leaves,
Mix them lightly together,fold in the sweet dahi gently and add a little salt and mix well. add the sev lastly and mix put it into the bowl and then top with extra sev and put the chaat asala as the final dressing as per u r taste in u r own bowls.
