  1. Blend the chana in a mixer into a thick paste.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients into it and mix well.
  3. Grease a stay stick with oil and roll the mixture over it to give them a kebab shape.
  4. Take out slowly and repeat it will the remaining mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the kebabs in hot oil till they are golden brown.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper
  7. Serve hot with green chutney.
