Ingredients

1 small sized cabbage
4 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method


  1. Grate the cabbage and squeeze out the water from it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients along with the grated and drained cabbage.do not mix water.
  3. Make small bullet shape rolls and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
