Method


  1. Put oil in a microwave container.
  2. Add onion. microwave for 2-3 mins. it will become slightly pink.
  3. Wash & add broccoli florets & peas.
  4. Cover & microwave for 5 mins.
  5. Now add all masalas.
  6. (you can add 1 tsp water if required.
  7. Usually, when covered and microwaved, it will get cooked in its own water.
  8. Microwave for another 6- 8 minutes, stirring once in between.
  9. Crispy vegetable, healthy with iron is ready in minutes!
