Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP TOFU CUT INTO CUBES
1 CUP SPINACH LEAVES BLANCHED
1 cup soya milk
1/2 CUP TENDER SPINACH STEMS BOILED IN SOYA MILK OR MILK
salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper powder ( black pepper (kalimirch) powder can also be used)
3 tsp soy sauce
2 GREEN CHILLIES CUT LENGTH WISE
Method


  1. Procedure:
  2. In a pan,cook the tofu sprinkling water when required.
  3. Add the blanched spinach leaves.
  4. Add the tender spinach stems with the soya milk.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add green chillies,soya sauce and salt.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame foe about 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from flame.
  9. Cook hot with steamed rice or vegetable pulav.
