Virgin pina colada, “pina” means “pineapple” and “colada” means strained – that explains all that you need to know about this drink! it is traditionally a shaken or blended drink. A cousin of the original pina colada which is made with rum, this drink replaces rum with more of pineapple juice and coconut milk powder and a tinge of lemon juice. It is usually served in tall glasses. You can use coconut cream instead of coconut milk powder for a more creamy taste. Glass used: of your choice
