Ingredients
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 cup plain flour (maida)
4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and knead into a semi-soft dough using enough water.
  2. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Use as required.

A great variation.. of pasta dough.. the flavour of the tomatoes is really very nice.. Made ravioli with this and turned out really well..
