Mushroom tikka, the button mushrooms marinated in spices and curd and grilled.
- Combine all the ingredients along with mushroom, except the chaat masala, mix well and keep aside to marinate for half an hour.
- Roast them in tandoor or grill them in a pre-heated griller till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Just before serving, sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Serve hot garnished with onion rings.
