Mushroom tikka, the button mushrooms marinated in spices and curd and grilled.

  1. Combine all the ingredients along with mushroom, except the chaat masala, mix well and keep aside to marinate for half an hour.
  2. Roast them in tandoor or grill them in a pre-heated griller till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle some chaat masala.
  4. Serve hot garnished with onion rings.
