Hara bhara kabab is a vegetarian kabab recipe full of aromatic spices, healthful ingredients and an amazing taste!

100 gms boiled spinach (palak)
400 gms boiled potatoes , peeled and grated
100 gms boiled green peas , mashed
2 tbsps chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsps chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
2 tsp cornflour
oil for deep frying

  1. Drain and squeeze out the excess water from spinach and chop finely.
  2. Add the potatoes and peas and mix well.
  3. Add the green chilies, coriander, ginger, chaat masala, salt and cornflour and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball press it between your palms to faltten it.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the kebabs till golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  6. Serve hot.
