  1. Make vertical slits on ladies finger, keeping them attached from the stem. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the ladie finger and saute till they turn soft.
  3. Add the turmeric, green chilles and salt, mix well and saute for 2 minutes or till the ladies finger are almost cooked.
  4. Add the mustard paste and coconut, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the sugar and coriander and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
