This dip is as unique and exciting as its name! The Tzatziki Dip is a Lebanese dip made with hung curds and cucumber, flavoured with garlic and dill leaves. The peppy taste of this dip makes it a great accompaniment for pita bread.
Recipe Description for Tzatziki Dip, Lebanese Hung Curd and Cucumber Dip
- Combine the cucumber and little salt in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Squeeze out the excess water and place in another deep bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well using a wooden spoon.
- Serve chilled with pita bread.
