Ingredients
For Baked Beans and Spring Onion Dip
1 1/2 cups canned baked beans
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions whites
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
For Serving

Method
For baked beans and spring onion dip
- To make baked beans and spring onion dip, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the spring onions whites and greens and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the baked beans, chilli powder, tomato ketchup and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
- Garnish the baked beans and spring onion dip with cheese and serve immediately with chips of your choice.
