This tasty Spinach Beetroot and Pear Juice helps to boost your iron levels early in the morning, thereby keeping your concentration high all through the day.
The combination of veggies, fruits and greens gives this juice a lovely colour, a well-balanced flavour and nice mouth-feel too.
A glassful of Spinach Beetroot and Pear Juice in the morning along with a serving of Nutritious Jowar and Tomato Chila will keep you focused all day long.
Hopper method- Add the spinach, beetroot cubes and pear cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
Juicer method- This recipe doesn’t turn out good in a juicer because the textures of ingredients like beetroot and pear are very hard.
Handy tip:- This recipe makes use of unpeeled fruits and vegetables, hence take care to clean and wash them well before chopping, to get rid of dirt, germs and chemical residues.
