Start your day with Spicy paneer mint sandwich or pack it for your Tiffin. The mint flavour complements the spicy paneer filling in the bread slices and is a healthy breakfast or snack item for children and adults alike.
- Dip the three slices of bread in the egg and make a half toast out of them in the oven.
- Now that the slices are smeared with egg protein apply butter before placing shredded paneer chunks on one side.
- After placing shredded paneer chunks, put mint leaves and sandwitch it.
- On the next layer put a slice of cucumber and tomato so that the sandwitch appears
- To be three storey.
