2 cups sanwa millet (sama)
1 potato , grated
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 tsp rajgira flour

For Topping
3 tbsp chopped cucumber
2 tbsp paneer (cottage cheese) , mashed
salt to taste
2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves

For The Sauce
2 cups hung curds (dahi)
1 tbsp paneer (cottage cheese) , mashed
salt to taste
2 tsp green chillies , chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)

For The Garnish –
roasted peanuts
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the rajgira flour and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the grated potatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the sanwa, salt, pepper and mix well.
  5. Add water as required to cook sanwa.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Make small puris out of this mixture.
  8. In another bowl, mix hung curd,paneer,salt,green chilli, coriander and mix well.
  9. In another bowl, mix all topping ingredients.
  10. In a serving plate, place all sanwa puris, put topping 2 tsp on it.
  11. On each puri, put hung curd sauce, garnish with pomegranate and roasted peanuts.
  12. Serve immediately.
