ધાણા પાવડરનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ભારતીય સબઝી | sabzi using coriander powder in Gujarati | 

1. ફણસની સબ્જી ની રેસીપીજ્યારે ફણસની સીઝન હોય અને બજારમાં નાના-મોટા કાચા-પાકા ફણસ પર તમારી નજર પડે ત્યારે આ રસદાર ફળની સબ્જી ખાવાની ઇચ્છા તમને જરૂર થઇ આવે.

ઘણા લોકો તો આ ફણસની સબ્જી પારંપારિક રીતે બનાવતા જ હોય છે, જ્યારે ઘણા લોકો માટે આ સબ્જી અસાધારણ અને કુતૂહલવાળી વિચિત્ર લાગે. 

2. કોળાની સુકી ભાજી : એક નૉન-સ્ટીક પૅનને મધ્યમ તાપ પર ગરમ કરી તેમાં મેથી અને રાઇ મેળવી ૧૦ સેકંડ સુધી સૂકા શેકી લો. તે પછી તેમાં જીરૂ, વરિયાળી, ધાણા પાવડર, મરચાં પાવડર અને ૨ ટીસ્પૂન પાણી મેળવી સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરી મધ્યમ તાપ પર સતત હલાવતા રહી ૧૦ સેકંડ સુધી રાંધી લો.

1. પ્યાઝ કી કચોરી મૂળ તો જોધપુરમાંથી ઉત્પન થયેલી ગણી શકાય, પરંતુ આજકાલ તે પૂરા રાજસ્થાનમાં પ્રખ્યાત થઇ ગઇ છે. બહુ ઓછા લોકો આ તળેલી કાંદાના પૂરણવાળી કચોરી ઘરે બનાવે છે. રાજસ્થાનની નમકીનની કોઇપણ દુકાનમાં આ ગરમા-ગરમ કાંદાની કચોરી અથવા કાંદા-બટાટાની કચોરી તૈયાર મળતી જ હોય છે.

ધાણા પાવડર (benefits of coriander powder in Gujarati): સુગંધિત મસાલા હોવા ઉપરાંત, ધાણા પાવડરમાં ઘણા રોગહર અને ઠંડક ગુણધર્મો છે. એક ચપટી હિંગ અને સિંધવ મીઠું સાથે ધાણા પાવડર મેળવીને પાચક તંત્રને સહાયક માનવામાં આવે છે. તે ભૂખ ઉત્તેજક કરે છે અને ગેસ્ટિક રસના સ્ત્રાવમાં સહાય કરે છે. તે ઇન્સ્યુલિનના ઉત્પાદનને ઉત્તેજીત કરવા અને મધૂમેહના દર્દીઓમાં બ્લડ સુગરના સ્તરને ઓછુ કરવામાં મદદ કરવા માટે પણ જાણીતું છે. તે એન્ટી-માઇક્રોબાયલ પ્રોપર્ટી પણ દર્શાવે છે. તેમાં એન્ટીઑકિસડન્ટની હાજરી ત્વચાના આરોગ્યને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે છે અને વાળના આરોગ્યને જાળવી રાખે છે. તેના એન્ટી-ઇન્ફ્લૈમટૉરી ગુણધર્મો હૃદયના આરોગ્યને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે છે.
