  1. Cut all the vegetables as long sticks and cook all of them with the help of water vapour only.
  2. Cut paneer in pieces and fry in oil.
  3. Immediately add them into hot water to soften.
  4. Prepapre gravy as metioned above. and mix all the vegetables and
  5. Fried paneer pieces into it.
  6. Also add tomato purie (prefferably kissan tomato purie) to adjust the taste.
  7. Add salt and kaju powder in it.
  8. Lastly pour milk cream and coariander and serve the delicious subzi.
