Add the noodles, chili powder, sugar, soya sauce, lemon juice, peanuts, and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve veg stir fry noodles hot garnished with peanuts and spring onion greens.
