Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp gelatine
almond (badam) slivers for decoration
Method
    Method
  1. Boil milk and sugar together and add vanilla essence to it.
  2. Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp of water for 2-3 min and add to the milk mixture.
  3. Melt chocolate using double boil method and add to the above mixture.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius
  5. Pour this mixture into a round baking tin and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 45 min or till done with water surrounding the baking tin half way through the height.
  6. The steam created in the oven helps to keep the pudding moist.
  7. Serve hot or cold with almond shavings.
