Method
  1. Combine the tulsi and 1½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Strain the water using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve warm.

A really quick and best thing for throat pain and cough. If you like tulsi, you can also avoid adding the lemon juice and just have the tulsi tea.

I have this lovely tea drink often at night before sleeping as it soothes my throat. The lime and tulsi do the magic.
