The vibrant taste and colour of strawberries combine beautifully with the mellow colour and pleasant taste of vanilla custard, giving this dessert a truly awesome taste and mouth-feel.

You will love the contrast between the creamy and softly-flavoured custard sauce base, and the tangy-sweet taste and juicy crunch of strawberries.

Easy to make but absolutely heavenly, Strawberries in Custard Sauce is a must-try recipe when the fruit is in season.

You can also binge on other strawberry delights like the Strawberry Mousse and the Strawberry Milkshake .
