Served in a transparent glass, this Layered Strawberry Sundae is so attractive, you will be tempted to skip the Main Course and go straight for it!
The best part is that it can be prepared in minutes. A crust of crushed Marie biscuits is topped with tangy strawberries, cream and wobbly jelly!
The choice of ingredients is such that this dessert offers you a variety of textures and flavours in one cupful. Arrange the Sundae just before serving so that the chilled base retains its crispness.
For the crust- Combine the biscuits, butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix well.
