Soya Nutri Parantha recipe - How to make Soya Nutri Parantha

2 cups wheat (gehun) flour , kneaded into a soft dough
2 cups soya granules
1 onion , finely chopped
1 tsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
oil for cooking
  1. In a deep pan, boil some water and add the soya granules.
  2. Boil for 6-8 minutes, drain and keep as aside.
  3. Combine the soya granules with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Divide the prepared dough into 8 equal portions and roll out into a small chapati.
  5. Place the stuffing at the center and seal the edges.
  6. Roll out again into a paratha of 5" diameter.
  7. Cook on a hot tava using little oil.
  8. Serve hot with mint raita
