Santra kadhi recipe - How to make Santra kadhi

6cups orange juice,
1tsp orange peel or orange marmalade,
2tbsp gram flour,
2tbsps lemon juice,
1/2tsp oil,
1pinch of asafoetida,
1whole red chilli,
1tsp cumin seeds,
1/2tsp mustard seeds,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2tsp red chili powder,
10 curry leaves, salt to taste,
1cup paneer cut into dices

  1. Blend orange juice, lemon juice with besan. place a kadai on low flame and pour the juice mixture into it. bring to a boil. add the turmeric powder, chilli powder to 2tbsp water to make a paste. put the paste in boiling santra kadhi and mix well.add the paneer dices, orange peel or orange marmalade, salt and cook for 5 minutes. heat oil a pan and,
